The Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences (ADFS) is seeking a qualified supplier to manage and administer hearing and lead testing services. This is a professional service contract for a 5-year agreement with annual renewals, covering employees from Birmingham, Montgomery, and Mobile Labs. On average, 3 employees will be tested every 3 years, and employees can travel to a laboratory for testing. The contract will be effective until September 30, 2030, upon necessary governmental approvals.
