Description
Direct Care and Treatment and Minnesota Sex Offender Program (MSOP or STATE) is seeking proposals from qualified responders to provide one or both of the following services to individuals committed under Minnesota Statutes ยง 253B and court-ordered into settings other than State-run treatment facilities: (1) Housing/residential community placements, and (2) Sex offender-specific treatment. The solicitation is for qualified public and private responders to submit proposals for these services. The contract is anticipated to start on September 1, 2026, and end on March 31, 2028, with possible extensions up to March 31, 2029.
