The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) is seeking proposals from qualified concessionaires for food, beverage, and retail operations at Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO): - RTAA is redeveloping airport concourses and terminal facilities under the MoreRNO capital program - Multiple concession packages are available across New Concourse A & B, the Terminal Connector, and select pre-security areas - Proposals may be submitted for one or more packages; RTAA prefers multiple operators to encourage competition and diversity - Concessionaires will be responsible for design, development, management, and operation of food, beverage, and retail outlets - Proposals must: - Enhance the passenger experience - Reflect the character of the Reno-Tahoe region - Support long-term revenue, sustainability, brand diversity, and small business participation - Mandatory pre-proposal meeting attendance and strict adherence to submission guidelines are required - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation

The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified concessionaires to design, develop, manage, and operate food & beverage and retail concessions at Reno-Tahoe International Airport. This procurement is driven by expiring concession agreements and redevelopment of airport facilities under the MoreRNO capital program.
