Description
The project involves roof replacement at all setbacks and the main roof of the Bronx Family-Criminal Courthouse located at 215 East 161st Street, Bronx, NY. The scope includes fully replacing the existing roofing systems across 45,300 square feet in 26 separate roofs at nine different floor levels, using cold-applied liquid roofing and paver-protected cold-applied liquid roofing. Repairs will be made to concrete deck cracks and deterioration, installation of new and reinforcement of existing roof guard rails, retrofitting of roof drains, replacement of two RTUs, and replacement of exterior light fixtures at the Cooling Tower Courtyard. The work aims to stop roof leaks and prevent further damage to the building's interiors and structure.
