The Hawaii State Department of Health, Family Health Services Division, Children with Special Health Needs Branch, Early Intervention Section is seeking a qualified contractor to serve as the Early Childhood Comprehensive System of Personnel Development (CSPD) Lead. The contractor will work closely with the CSPD Leadership Team and Workgroup Teams, including various government and nongovernment partners, to design and sustain a CSPD for the Early Childhood workforce supporting children from birth to five years old with special health needs and their families in Hawaii. The role involves coordination, project management, facilitation of meetings, stakeholder engagement, research, business plan updates, and maintaining the CSPD website. The contract spans multiple years with options for extensions.
