Description

Loudoun County Sanitation Authority (DBA Loudoun Water) invites qualified contractors to submit sealed bids for the BRWRF Flow Equalization and Solids Improvements project. The procurement and contract performance will be governed by the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA).
