Description

The Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive, modern Grants Management System (GMS) to replace its aging legacy system. The new system must support the full lifecycle of grant management, including application intake, review, award management, claims processing, monitoring, reporting, and closeout. The selected vendor will provide a complete solution including implementation, configuration, training, and ongoing support, and assist with transitioning internal and external users to the new system. IHCDA intends to enter into a three-year contract and roll out the software using a phased approach starting in 2027.
