Description

Bell County seeks to procure IDIQ architectural, engineering, and surveying professional services that may be used over a 5-year period for various projects. Selection will result in a pre-qualified list of firms expected to provide comprehensive professional services to Bell County on an as-needed basis over the next five years, unless the Court determines a different term. Bell County is requesting qualifications from experienced firms for new and renovation projects, with a proven track record. At a minimum, Bell County desires firms that demonstrate three years of experience in the government sector for projects below $5 million and five years of experience in the government sector for projects greater than $5 million.
