Description

This solicitation is for the replacement of the air handling unit at the Sturgis Armory and the construction of new bathroom facilities. The existing air handling unit, located above the ceiling in the area of the proposed new bathroom, will be demolished and removed. A new roof-mounted air handling unit will be installed, with ductwork adapted accordingly before bathroom and lactation room construction. The project also includes demolishing the existing kitchen to construct a unisex bathroom and a lactation room.
