Lee County Board of County Commissioners is seeking bids for the Powell Creek (Del Prado) Marsh Restoration construction project in North Fort Myers, Florida. - Government Buyer: - Lee County Board of County Commissioners, Procurement Management Department - Project Scope: - Restoration of the Powell Creek filter marsh, including clearing, grading, excavation, embankment, final grading, maintenance road repair, seeding, mulching, sod installation, environmental planting, desilting pipes, and rip-rap refurbishment - Installation and repair of Nyloplast ductile iron grates and ADS in-line drain basins and pipes - OEMs and Vendors: - Nyloplast (ductile iron grates) - ADS (drain basins and pipes) - Products Requested: - 11,100 LF silt fence, 9,700 CY excavation, 7,300 CY embankment, 13,500 SY sod, 6,500 SY seed & mulch, 800 SY stabilized subgrade, 22 Nyloplast ductile iron grates, 4 ADS in-line drain basins/pipes, 12 desilting pipes (0-24"), 1 rip-rap refurbishment, 1 environmental planting (see Exhibit A), 14 clearing & grubbing, 1 mobilization, 1 NPDES compliance, 1 final grading - Unique Requirements: - Strict adherence to supplemental construction plans by AIM Engineering - Compliance with E-Verify, background screening affidavits, bid bond, trench safety, and Florida statutes regarding scrutinized companies - All work must be performed during the dry season as specified in the scope - All labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and incidentals must be provided by the contractor - Bidders must submit all required documents and certifications via Ion Wave

The Lee County Board of County Commissioners is soliciting bids for restorative improvements in the Powell Creek (Del Prado) filter marsh located in North Fort Myers, Florida.
