Chemung County is soliciting sealed bid proposals for manhole rehabilitation and CIPP sewer rehabilitation services. Bids must be submitted in duplicate and accompanied by a $500 bid security. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on July 23, 2026, at 2:00 PM, with a Teams broadcast available. Bid documents are available from the Empire State Purchasing Group starting July 2, 2026. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informality.
