Description

Prosper Portland, the economic development and urban renewal agency for the City of Portland, Oregon, is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified contractors to provide Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) services. The scope includes preconstruction services such as assisting the design team with permit documents, value engineering, scheduling, cost estimating, and establishing a guaranteed maximum price (GMP) for renovating the 910 Building into a Food Hall and Food Cart Pod. Following preconstruction, the Owner may negotiate a construction services contract or opt to cancel or publicly bid the work. A mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit is scheduled for April 7, 2026.
