Description
The Lancaster Independent School District is requesting Qualification Statements from qualified firms to provide Program Management Services for Renovation, Modernization, Addition, Expansion and New construction projects related to the Lancaster ISD Bond. The bond program includes multiple propositions covering districtwide facility upgrades, instructional technology upgrades, renovations to indoor practice facilities, and improvements to stadiums. The selected firm will provide comprehensive management, coordination, and oversight services for the District's voter-approved bond program, supporting the delivery of multiple capital improvement projects from planning through closeout. Services include program planning and management, budget and financial management, project coordination and oversight, procurement support, construction phase support, reporting and communication, project closeout, and general requirements.
