Description

The City of Palmdale is seeking a qualified consultant to provide professional civil and traffic engineering design services, along with public outreach services, for the Division Street Realignment and Intersection Improvement project from Avenue Q to Palmdale Boulevard. The project involves realigning Division Street from East Palmdale Boulevard to West Avenue Q to accommodate future development of adjacent property. The scope includes survey, utility research, drainage and hydrology studies, traffic impact analysis, signal optimization, geotechnical analysis, greenbelt design, grading, design alternatives, Caltrans encroachment permit, final design plans, specifications, construction estimate, public outreach, and construction engineering support.
