Hillsborough County Public Schools (HCPS) is seeking an approved list of responsible and qualified vendors to provide picture services district-wide across approximately 254 school sites including elementary, middle, and high schools. Vendors will provide services as per the requirements throughout the district. Individual school sites will solicit quotations from the pre-qualified vendors, with principals or their designees encouraged to obtain competitive detailed quotes from at least three pre-qualified firms. School sites are encouraged to negotiate for the best prices and discounts.
