The State of Connecticut, Department of Administrative Services, is seeking lease proposals from property owners or their representatives to lease up to 40,000 net usable square feet of office space in Hartford. The space must include on-site, reserved, paved, and lighted parking for up to 196 cars and be accessible to individuals with disabilities and public transportation. The lease term is five years for use by the Board of Regents. Preference will be given to proposals offering renewal options and/or termination clauses.
