The State of Oklahoma, through the Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) Central Purchasing division, is seeking suppliers for a statewide contract to provide commercial dishwasher rentals and leases, cleaning compounds, chemical dispensers, and related services for all state agencies, educational institutions, and eligible affiliates. - Government Buyer: - Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) Central Purchasing division - Products and Equipment Requested: - Commercial dishwashing equipment: door-type, conveyor, flight-type, undercounter, and pot/pan dish machines - Booster heaters and integrated chemical dispensing systems - Chemical dispensing systems with NSF/UL certifications, accurate dosing, temperature monitoring, and safety interlocks - Dietary and dishwashing cleaning compounds: detergents, soaking agents, rinse additives, drying agents, degreasers, oven cleaners, and related chemicals - Services Requested: - Dishwasher rental and lease services with multiple lease terms (12, 24, 36 months, and month-to-month extensions) - Inclusive monthly pricing covering equipment use, dispensers, preventative and corrective maintenance, repairs, installation, removal, and equipment replacement cycles (minimum every five years) - 24/7 emergency response and temporary replacement equipment - Value-added services such as training, efficiency reporting, and sanitation audits (optional) - Unique or Notable Requirements: - All equipment and chemicals must meet NSF, UL/ETL, EPA, USDA, OSHA, and applicable building code standards - Suppliers must provide current Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all chemicals - Equipment installation at supplier's expense; preventative and corrective maintenance required - Contract is available for all Oklahoma public sector entities, including K-12, higher education, cities, and counties - No specific OEMs or brands are mandated; suppliers may propose any brands meeting the technical and compliance requirements.

Description

The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) Central Purchasing division is seeking responses from potential suppliers to provide a contract for dishwasher rentals and leases, related services and maintenance; dietary and dishwashing cleaning compounds and dispensers. The contract supports the operational needs of state agencies, educational institutions, and other eligible affiliates. The contract term begins upon execution and runs through 07/31/2027, with up to four one-year renewal options. The contract includes requirements for equipment compliance, maintenance, replacement, and chemical dispensing systems.
