Description
Fort Pierce Utilities Authority (FPUA) seeks a licensed and insured contractor to provide turnkey installation of blast wall enclosures for gasoline/diesel fuel tanks and an LNG fueling station tank at the Energy Services Center. The scope includes hazard modeling, structural and civil design, permitting, construction, commissioning, and project closeout. All work must comply with federal, state, and local standards including HUD, NFPA, UFC, API RP, and Florida Building Code requirements. The project completion deadline is March 1, 2027. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit is scheduled for July 7, 2026.
