Direct Care and Treatment and Minnesota Sex Offender Program (MSOP) are seeking proposals from qualified responders to provide housing/residential community placements and sex offender-specific treatment services. These services are for individuals committed under Minnesota Statutes § 253B and court-ordered into settings other than state-run treatment facilities. The solicitation is conducted through the SWIFT system and is part of the Minnesota state procurement system. Responders who have responded to certain previous event IDs do not need to respond again.
