This project involves milling and hot mix asphalt overlay along with necessary incidentals on various streets in the Town of Normal, Illinois. The work includes removal and replacement of sidewalks, concrete curb and gutter, adjustment or replacement of water and sewer structures, and pavement markings. Bids must be submitted sealed and clearly marked to the Office of the Town Clerk by July 14, 2026, at 2:00 PM. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 7, 2026.
