Description
This project involves the installation of high visibility crosswalks, rectangular rapid flashing beacons (RRFB), upgrading existing curb ramps to meet ADA standards, and other general striping and signage improvements. The work includes mobilization, traffic control, water pollution control, sandblasting conflicting striping and pavement markings, installation of thermoplastic limit lines, pavement markings, crosswalks, edge lines, signs, posts, tuff curbs, delineators, solar RRFBs, curb paint refresh, reflective pavement markers, yield lines, centerlines, removal and replacement of signs, concrete ramp removal and disposal, and construction of curb ramps per County of Riverside standards. The project site is located at 1221 S San Jacinto Ave, San Jacinto, Riverside County, CA. The estimated project cost is $255,843 with a construction duration of 18 calendar days and liquidated damages of $1,000 per calendar day.
