Description
This solicitation is for the provision, organization, and coordination of worldwide chartered aircraft services for the transport of passengers or cargo. The contractor is required to provide airport-to-airport aircraft charter services and related door-to-door transportation solutions using short-, medium-, and long-range aircraft. The scope includes mission planning, aircraft sourcing, schedule coordination, load planning, ticketing, cargo and passenger handling coordination, operational support, mission monitoring, documentation, and post-carriage. The contractor must be legally and physically established in a NATO Member State and comply with all applicable aviation, transport, safety, security, customs, dangerous goods laws, and NATO regulations.
