Carteret County General Services is seeking qualified vendors to provide fire alarm system monitoring, inspection, testing, maintenance, service, and repair to ensure full system reliability and compliance with NFPA 72 and all applicable codes. The scope includes 24/7 central station monitoring, annual inspections and testing of all fire alarm devices and components, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, emergency response, repair or replacement of defective equipment, and documentation of all work performed. Vendors must have appropriate licenses and certifications, including UL certification and certified technicians. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on July 15, 2026, and proposals are due by July 29, 2026.
