Description

The New York State Office of Information Technology Services (ITS), on behalf of the Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS), is procuring a two-year contract (C000999) to modernize multiple business processes currently supported by outdated departmental tools such as Excel, Access, Outlook, and ColdFusion. The project involves assessing 13 legacy departmental applications and 2 Salesforce Sandbox applications, documenting current architecture and processes, designing a target Salesforce-based architecture, developing a modernization roadmap, defining security models, planning data migration, and building, testing, and deploying new applications.
