Park City Municipal Corporation (PCMC) is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified persons or firms to provide on-call engineering, environmental, technical review, project management, and owner-representative support for City transportation and mobility projects. The selected consultant will serve as an extension of City staff, providing independent, practical, and timely engineering support. Services will be assigned through written task orders under an on-call agreement, with each task order defining the task, schedule, deliverables, staffing, and budget.
