Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Preventive Maintenance and Emergency Repair Services
The Indian Health Service (IHS), Hopi Health Care Center (HHCC), Polacca, Arizona, is conducting market research to identify qualified vendors capable of providing preventive maintenance, battery maintenance, battery replacement, and emergency repair services for multiple Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems located at HHCC.
The contractor shall provide annual UPS preventive maintenance, semi-annual battery preventive maintenance, battery replacement as required, and emergency repair services for facility, laboratory, and information technology UPS systems. Services shall include inspection, testing, calibration, troubleshooting, repair, replacement of batteries and components as needed, and submission of service reports. All services shall be performed in accordance with manufacturer recommendations, The Joint Commission (TJC) standards, NFPA, OSHA, and applicable Federal, State, Tribal, and IHS regulations.
The anticipated period of performance is a 12-month base period with four (4) one-year option periods.
Interested vendors shall provide the following information:
Company name, address, UEI number, and point of contact. Business size and socioeconomic status (e.g., ISBEE, Small Business, HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, etc.). A capability statement demonstrating the ability to provide preventive maintenance, battery replacement, and emergency repair services for UPS systems. Documentation demonstrating certification and authorization to service the identified UPS equipment or similar systems. Relevant experience providing comparable services for healthcare facilities or other critical infrastructure environments.
