This opportunity is for the provision and installation of cable or satellite television services for the 99th Air Base Wing (99 ABW) Command Post at Nellis Air Force Base. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 99th Air Base Wing, Command Post at Nellis AFB - Products and Services Requested: - Multi-channel cable or satellite TV service for the Command Post Control Area, with possible extension to three additional office spaces - TV subscription package (monthly), with a base year and four option years (totaling up to 60 months) - One-time installation and provision of a box TV receiver - All necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, and supervision for installation and ongoing service - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Service supports real-time monitoring for emergency mass notification - Contractor must provide a contract manager and qualified cable/satellite TV technicians - Services to be performed Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., excluding federal holidays - Security and identification protocols for contractor personnel are required - No specific OEMs or brands are mandated; the solicitation is open to any qualified provider of commercial cable or satellite TV services - Award will be based on technical capability, price, and past performance

Description

This is a combined pre-solicitation/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in RFO Part 12, following RFO 12.201-1 Simplified Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes only as a solicitation; only quotes are being requested.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the installation of Cable/Satellite Television Services as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in accordance with the attached PWS (dated 1 Jul 26).
