The U.S. Air Force, 9th Reconnaissance Wing at Beale Air Force Base, is seeking to lease and deploy advanced entry screening equipment for the Beale Airshow. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 9th Reconnaissance Wing, Beale Air Force Base - OEMs and Vendors: - Evolv Technology (manufacturer of Evolv Express Dual Lane detectors) - Products/Equipment Requested: - 5 Evolv Express Dual Lane Touchless Screening Solutions - 10 Handheld Metal Detectors - 20 Metal Detector Trays for personal items - 10 Tables for screening stations - Services Requested: - Transport, setup, calibration, and testing of all equipment - On-site technician support during event hours (7:00 AM to 6:00 PM) - Training for entry control personnel on equipment operation - Troubleshooting and teardown/removal of equipment post-event - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Touchless screening capability for up to 4,000 guests per hour - Ability to pinpoint weapons on individuals and minimize physical contact - Mandatory on-site training for staff prior to the event - On-site technical support required throughout event hours
