Sole Source Procurement of NINJA RF Front End Retrofit System from Black River Systems

This is a notification to all vendors that the 142nd Wing intends to purchase a NINJA RF Front End Retrofit system via sole source to Black River Systems. Per NGB A4S Memo dated 7 June 2024 this item must be purchased from Black River Systems Company as NINJA is currently the USAD and ANGs Program of record for C sUAS. This update is a requirement for the legacy RFFE model which is obsolete due to supply chain issues impacting warranties and maintenance leading to reduced capabilities of the current system.
