This opportunity seeks contractor support for the US Army Acquisition Support Center's Antiterrorism Program. - Government Buyer: - US Army Acquisition Support Center (USAASC) - Sub-agency: Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology (ASA(ALT)) - Managed by Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), W6QK ACC-APG office - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation or attachments - Products/Services Requested: - Comprehensive Antiterrorism Program support services - Includes assessment, planning, policy development, reporting, and training - Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary - Personnel must have Secret clearance and Antiterrorism Level II certification - Deliverables: 5-8 assessment reports annually, policy documents, databases, calendars, and briefings - Work performed at government facilities; includes travel within CONUS and National Capital Region (NCR) - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor must maintain and update antiterrorism databases and calendars - Must produce regular reports and briefings for Army leadership - Firm fixed price contract - Set aside for 8(a) businesses

Description

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Antiterrorism Program support as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services.
