The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD), Department of the Navy, is planning a sole source procurement to Security 101 for security system upgrades at two Orlando, FL locations. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy - Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) - OEM/Vendor: - Security 101 (identified as the OEM and sole source provider) - Products/Equipment Requested: - Access Control Panels and Power Supplies - Card Readers and LCD Key Pads - Alarm Control Panels and Door Contacts - Wall Mount and Ceiling Motion Detectors - Single Mode Fiber (2 and 4 strand, UL2050 compliant) for network connectivity - Head Units for both Hyperspace and Deflorez buildings - 110vac Power Outlets for device support - Badge Reader and Intrusion Detection System (NACABSRIDS) - Services Requested: - Installation labor for all security equipment - 5-year equipment warranty and preventative maintenance (paid in full for one site, annually for the other) - Security system installation and service for VJETTS, including all incidental work - Notable Requirements: - All equipment must be installed and programmed by certified technicians - 5-year warranty covering all installed equipment, including preventative maintenance - Fiber connectivity must be UL2050 compliant and provide static IP addresses at access panel locations - All work must be completed, accepted, and paid for by the specified completion date - Sole source justification is based on Security 101 being the OEM of the existing system and prior upgrade provider

NAWTSD Orlando intends to use Security 101 as the Sole Source vendor for the VJETTS Security Upgrade effort, which is a follow on of the previous security upgrade. See attached NOI, PWS, and redacted SAP J&A for more details.
