The U.S. Air Force, 9th Reconnaissance Wing Air Show Committee at Beale AFB, is seeking vendors for the rental and support of gas-powered golf carts and utility vehicles for the 2027 Beale Air & Space Expo. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 9th Reconnaissance Wing (9 RW) Air Show Committee at Beale AFB - Products/Services Requested: - Rental of 40 four-seat gas-powered golf carts - Rental of 10 six-seat gas-powered golf carts - Rental of 15 four-seat gas-powered UTVs with utility beds - Delivery and pick-up of all vehicles - On-site technicians for maintenance and operational support during the event - Staging/restaging of vehicles and provision of fuel - Site survey, draft and final operations plans, and safety/operational readiness support - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; any manufacturer of gas-powered golf carts and UTVs meeting the requirements may be considered - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All vehicles must be gas-powered, in good working condition, and equipped with safety features (brakes, lighting, mirrors, canopy/roof) - On-site support required for the duration of the event, including technicians to ensure operational readiness - Contractor must provide safety instructions and maintain accountability for all vehicles - Insurance, security, and compliance with safety standards are mandatory - Deliverables include a site survey, draft and final operations plans, and timely delivery/pick-up of vehicles
