SeaPort MAC holders will need to register for PIEE accounts in order to receive solicitations and submit proposals/offers.The Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) Manpower, Personnel, and Training (MPT) Technical Authority (TA) (NAVWAR 4.3.4) and Information Warfare Training (IWT) (NAVWAR 4.4) is acquiring Training Support Services at the program and project level to include: Training Systems Program Management, Training Analysis and Assessment, Training Planning and Documentation, Training Development and Delivery, Fleet Training Support and Management, Training Integration and Capability-Based Analysis for Cross-System Solutions, Deputy Program Executive Office-Training (DPEO-T) and Assistant Program Manager-Training (APM-T) Initiatives, and Training Systems Toolset Sustainment and Customer Support.
