The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) F-15 Division is conducting market research for the F-15 Data Transfer Module II (DTM II) and MITR DVR hardware and support: - Government Buyer: - Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), F-15 Division, AFLCMC/WAQ - Products Requested: - DTM II Remote Receptacle (DRR), Part #4883-01000-15-101 - Docking Station, Part #4883-03000-15-101 - Interface Adapter Kit (IAK), Part #4883-03007-15 - Modular Instrumentation Traffic Analysis Point Recorder (MITR DVR), Part #1145-0300-RX - Services Requested: - Build-to-print manufacturing and testing of DTM II Removable Memory Modules (DRMM) - Contractor logistics support and depot maintenance for DRMM, DRR, Docking Stations, and MITR DVR units - Procurement and delivery of DRRs, Docking Stations, IAKs, and MITR DVRs - Notable Requirements: - Capability for build-to-print manufacturing using government technical data packages - Robust Quality Management System, preferably AS9100 certified - Ability to handle classified data at the Secret level - Some items require support and maintenance without government-furnished technical data or software - Assessment of production throughput capacity is required - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the documentation; the government is seeking sources capable of meeting these requirements.
