Description
The Wisconsin Department of Employee Trust Funds is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide the Access Health Plan and State Maintenance Health Plan under the State of Wisconsin and Wisconsin Public Employer Group Health Insurance Programs for state and local government employees and retirees starting with the 2028 Program Year. The contract term begins upon execution and extends through December 31, 2030, with possible renewals through December 31, 2034. Vendors will assist with implementation, transition, and participant communication before services start for the 2028 plan year. Proposals are due by August 6, 2026, at 2:00 PM Central Time and must be submitted electronically via the specified BOX link.
