Holly Patterson Extended Care Facility. - Government Buyer: - Nassau Health Care Corporation (NuHealth System), Department of Legal Affairs - Scope of Work: - Furnish, install (as needed), maintain, and support commercial television programming for approximately 1,033 patient/resident beds across two healthcare facilities - Provide all necessary headend equipment and manage programming - Deliver 24/7 technical support, preventive maintenance, emergency service, and on-site technician response for unresolved issues - Replace failed provider-owned equipment as needed - Products/Services Requested: - Commercial television programming and headend equipment - Television programming management and support services - Technical Requirements: - Solution must integrate with existing coaxial TV distribution or propose a fiber/IP-based alternative - Must support multilingual programming, including dedicated Korean and Chinese channels - TV platform must not transmit or store Protected Health Information (PHI) - Network segmentation from clinical systems is required - Vendor Qualifications: - Minimum five years of experience providing television services to hospitals or healthcare facilities - Experience with large-scale commercial television distribution systems - Ability to provide local technical support - Notable Details: - 5-year contract term - Set-aside goals: 6% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses, 30% Minority/Women Business Enterprises - Direct TV is noted as a previous provider for similar contracts
