Description
Coxsackie Correctional Facility is seeking a General Contractor to rehab a 3-story brick house of approximately 5,000 square feet used for staff housing. The scope of work includes refinishing hardwood floors and stairs, kitchen rehabilitation, installing new windows, HVAC and hot water upgrades, bathroom remodels, roof inspection and repairs, painting, plumbing and electrical work, and other building repairs. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for July 27, 2026, at 10 AM, and attendance is required to bid. Bids are due by July 31, 2026, at 10 AM.
