This solicitation is for the procurement of Treasury #10 Check Window Envelopes under a master agreement. The price is per case, with one case containing 2,500 envelopes packaged in boxes of 500. The estimated annual usage is 400,000 envelopes or 160 cases. The price must include production, packaging, storage, release as requested, delivery FOB Destination, and all costs necessary to provide the envelopes according to the specifications in Appendix B. Deliveries are estimated at approximately 200,000 envelopes every six months, with flexibility for more or less frequent deliveries as requested by the Office of the State Treasurer or State Postal Center.
