The U.S. Air Force, 9th Reconnaissance Wing at Beale Air Force Base, is seeking tent rental and related services for the 2027 Air Show. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 9th Reconnaissance Wing, Beale Air Force Base - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; open to all qualified tent rental providers - Products/Services Requested: - 1 Distinguished Visitor (DV) tent (60x40x10 ft, white, with 3 walled sides, clear windows, and specific entrance placement) - 47 canopy tents (10x10x10 ft, white) - 4 canopy tents (10x20x10 ft, white) - 176 furniture weights (water barrels, cement blocks, or similar for wind stability) - Delivery, setup, and teardown services for all tents - Labor, materials, equipment, management, supervision, coordination, lodging, and transportation for setup/teardown - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All tents must be weighted for wind stability - Setup and delivery must be completed before the event; teardown immediately after - Contractor personnel must attend safety briefings and obtain security clearances - All services must comply with the Statement of Work (SOW) - Firm Fixed Price contract anticipated - Capability statements and past performance information required from interested vendors
