This opportunity seeks a contractor to deliver a turnkey solution for the Department of War (DoW) exhibit booth at the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) 2026 Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C. - Government Buyer: - Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), Acquisition Directorate, on behalf of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) - Scope of Work: - Full lifecycle services: design, construction, on-site support, and teardown of a custom 800 sq ft island exhibit booth - Deliverables include initial/final design renders, booth fabrication, shipping, assembly, and post-event dismantling - On-site support covers project management, cleaning, trash removal, and replenishment of beverages/snacks during the event - Exhibit Features and Product Requirements: - Reception desk (glass top, locking cabinet) and three bar-height stools - Title panel wall with five backlit 3D military service seals - Wall-mounted flat screen monitor (36-42") and stand-alone kiosk with monitor (36-50") - Movable literature stand, white vinyl sofa and chair, glass coffee table for lounge - Storage closet (lockable, shelving, coat hooks, power strip) - Two meeting rooms: conference tables, 22 executive office chairs, 4 extra chairs, ceilings with LED lighting, frosted/opaque doors/windows, air conditioners, graphics on plexiglass, small refrigerators, wall clocks - External exhibit walls with graphics, three-sided fascia with 3D backlit DoW seal, laminate plank flooring - Electrical systems for lighting, power, and equipment with minimized visible wiring - Daily supply of beverages (coffee, tea, water, sodas) and pre-packaged snacks - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Compliance with branding, safety, and exhibitor manual standards - Key personnel: Exhibit Designer and Project Manager - All furniture and fixtures must be commercial quality and meet specified dimensions and finishes - No specific OEMs or proprietary products are mandated; open to commercial solutions meeting requirements - Set-aside for small business categories (HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, EDWOSB)
