This serves as notice that the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has accepted an offer, pursuant to RLP No. 36C10F24R0017 for Lease No. 36C10F26L0012 to lease 95,667 ANSI/BOMA square feet (or 102,842 rentable square feet) of medical and residential space and 95 parking spaces for a 20-year firm term at 12201 Levy Drive, New Orleans, LA 70128 for the New Orleans, LA Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Facility. The Lease has been awarded to the following Lessor:
VET BUILD LLC 2740 St. Louis Street Suite A New Orleans, LA 70119-5518
The commencement date of this Lease, along with any applicable termination and renewal rights, shall be more specifically set forth in a Lease Amendment upon substantial completion and acceptance of the Space by the Government.
Total Lease Contract Value (TLCV)*: $143,610,446.00
