This is a Sources Sought for the VA Southern Oregon Rehab Center and Clinics (SORCC) at White City, OR requirement of annual preventive maintenance of three (3) Digital Recirculation Valves (DRVs) installed at (SORCC). These services ensure reliable domestic hot water recirculation, system safety, and compliance with facility operational standards. This is an annual Preventive Maintenance requirement that shall be performed once a year on all three (3) Armstrong DRV Brains for a Base Year and four twelve month Option Years.
