Teton County is seeking a consulting partner to provide comprehensive strategic guidance, vendor management, and actuarial support for its health and welfare benefit programs. The selected firm will assist the County in enhancing plan performance, ensuring compliance, supporting long-term financial sustainability, and strengthening the County’s ability to offer competitive, cost-effective benefits to employees. The County currently has 761 members enrolled in its self-funded Medical plan, covering 100% of medical, dental, vision, and basic life premiums for benefit eligible employees. Voluntary benefits such as supplemental life, accident, hospital indemnity, short term disability, and long-term disability are also offered, paid through payroll deductions by employees.
