Description

This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Spirit Apparel and Promotional Items. Proposals may be submitted on any and/or all items and will be accepted on a continual basis through June 30, 2027. The contract period is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with the possibility of four additional one-year renewals through June 30, 2031. The buyer reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid deemed most advantageous. Bids must be submitted electronically via the eBid system, and new vendors are required to register on eBid.
