Description

This solicitation is for Contracted Event Entertainment & Rental Services with proposals accepted on a continual basis through June 30, 2027. The contract period is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with four additional one-year renewal options through June 30, 2031. Proposals may be submitted on any and/or all items, and bids must be submitted electronically via the eBid system. The existing contracts for similar services expire August 31, 2026, and will not be renewed. The buyer reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to accept any bid deemed most advantageous.
