- One-year warranty period after completion
- Liquidated damages of $1,500 per day for late completion

Description

This solicitation is an Invitation for Bid issued by the City of Boulder City for the East Airport Channel Relining project, identified as Boulder City Project No. 24-1197-DR. The work involves furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to reline an existing deteriorating soil cement lined channel with 6-inch thick Hydrotex Fabric Formed Concrete, including removals, Type II aggregate base, erosion area repairs with Controlled Low Strength Material (CLSM), fabric formed cutoff walls, weepholes, existing storm drainpipe penetration connections, valley gutter, and other related work as shown on the project plans. The project site is located between the Boulder City Municipal Airport and the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for July 16, 2026, and bids are due by July 30, 2026, at 2:00 PM PT.
