- Unique or Notable Requirements:
- Contractors must have at least five years of experience and MACP (Manhole Assessment Certification Program) certification
- Strict compliance with OSHA, NASSCO, and all federal, state, and local safety regulations
- Proper documentation and reporting for all waste disposal
- Ability to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals
- Encouragement of disadvantaged business enterprise participation
- City reimburses direct disposal costs with proper invoicing
- Responsibilities for transportation and disposal may vary by site
