The U.S. Army Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Fires is issuing a Guam Defense System (GDS) Request for Solutions Brief (RFSB) with the intent of awarding one (1) Other Transaction Agreement for Prototype (pOTA) in accordance with (IAW) 10 U.S.C. § 4022. Only U.S. companies with the ability to process and store SECRET information and hardware are eligible to submit a solutions brief.
