The U.S. Department of Labor's OSHA Technical Center is seeking to establish a Firm Fixed-Price Blanket Purchase Agreement for Noise Dosimeter Kits. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Customer Acquisition Services - Products Requested: - Noise Dosimeter Kits (part number: 7540-01-152-8067) - Each kit includes: - 5 personal noise dosimeters - 1 acoustical calibrator (ANSI S1.30 class 2 or better) - 1 docking/charging station for all dosimeters - 5 microphone windscreens - 1 carrying case - Windows 11 compatible software for data management and reporting - Kits must meet ANSI S1.25 standards, be intrinsically rated for Class 1 Division 1 and/or Class 1 Zone 0, and have Bluetooth connectivity - Quantities: - 164 kits (base year) - 135 kits (option year 1) - 130 kits (option years 2-4, each year) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Kits must be intrinsically safe for hazardous environments - Bluetooth connectivity required - Compliance with ANSI S1.25 and S1.30 standards - Delivery required within 15 days after award - 100% Small Business set-aside - No specific OEMs or brands are named, but the part number and technical requirements suggest compatibility with leading industry models.

Description

The Department of Labor (DOL), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requires Noise Dosimeters as defined in the attached Scope of Work (SOW).  This RFQ will result in a Firm Fixed-Price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). 

This requirement will be awarded as a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) award. 

This requirement is subject to the Buy American Act (BAA).

Period of Performance: July 21, 2026 – July 20, 2031.
