Description
Washington County, WI is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide site planning, infrastructure/utility analysis, and engineering services for the Heritage Trails County Park located in the Town of Polk. The scope includes developing a site plan, conducting site analysis, infrastructure and utility analysis, estimating construction costs, and assessing the feasibility of amenities such as restrooms, multipurpose spaces, campsites, lighting, parking, and utilities.
